When will I receive my order?
- All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
- You will then receive your order within 1-3 working days after dispatch (this can vary at busy periods).

Returns & Exchanges
Do we accept returns?
- If your return is 'Accepted' after a thorough inspection, then a full refund will then be processed.Item must be returned in original condition with tags.Email us for an refunds address.
- If your return is 'Rejected' then your request has failed to meet our T's & C'S return policy, in which we unfortunately cannot offer you a return for the item(s).
Can I exchange/amend my order?
- Exchanges are only available for wrongly sized products.
- You can only exchange for a different size of the same product purchased prior, and will be subject to stock availability.
- We highly recommend that you review your order by checking our sizing chart, to avoid any delays or any inconveniences.
Shipping & Delivery
Can I change my shipping address after purchasing?
- Unfortunately we cannot redirect orders once you have purchased a product. Therefore please make sure you put down the correct shipping address.
Can I track my delivery?
- Once the order has been shipped, an email confirming your order, will include the tracking number. If you have provided a phone number a text will also be sent.
How much is shipping?
- Total shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
I have not received my order?
- We have various shipping options, which range from standard shipping to 24hr Tracked. If standard shipping (non-tracked) is chosen and any problems occur with the order, please contact the courier. Once orders have been sent out we have no control over them unless tracked. We recommend choosing the tracked option to avoid disappointment/inconvenience.
